GROPYUS is seeking a Lead Engineer to lead a team of motivated software engineers and operate the company's IoT infrastructure within GROPYUS-managed buildings. The Lead Engineer will collaborate with product management and vendor managers to integrate new IoT hardware, evaluate products, and stay updated on smart building technologies.
Role involves:
- Leading a team of software engineers.
- Operating the GROPYUS IoT infrastructure.
- Evaluating and integrating new IoT hardware.

- Keeping up to date with new developments in smart building.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience in leading a software engineering team.
- Understanding of smart home and smart building technologies.
- Experience with Linux based operating systems.
- Experience in software system architecture.
- Experience in agile environment.
