VML & Ogilvy Japan GK is seeking an Account Director to maintain client stability and drive growth. The Account Director will lead client engagement, develop strategic recommendations, and manage a team to deliver on client needs, ensuring agency profitability. He/she will collaborate with agency specialists to introduce clients to innovative marketing solutions.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and handling strategic issues.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the client's business and marketplace.
- Improving existing services to drive profitable client relationships.
- Managing key client briefs, projects, and requests.
- Providing account planning and strategic support.
- 6+ years of related experience
- Industry experience preferred
- Team-leading experience
- Excellent writing skills and strong presentation capabilities
- Knowledge of working software (Office 365, etc.)
- Business to Native level in Japanese and English
