Job Description
VML & Ogilvy Japan GK is seeking an Account Director to maintain client stability and drive growth. The Account Director will lead client engagement, develop strategic recommendations, and manage a team to deliver on client needs, ensuring agency profitability. He/she will collaborate with agency specialists to introduce clients to innovative marketing solutions.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and handling strategic issues.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the client's business and marketplace.
  • Improving existing services to drive profitable client relationships.
  • Managing key client briefs, projects, and requests.
  • Providing account planning and strategic support.
  • 6+ years of related experience
  • Industry experience preferred
  • Team-leading experience
  • Excellent writing skills and strong presentation capabilities
  • Knowledge of working software (Office 365, etc.)
  • Business to Native level in Japanese and English
