VML & Ogilvy Japan GK is seeking an Account Director, Experience Design & Service to lead and grow their Experience Design and Service practice. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients, leading project teams, and ensuring the successful execution of experience design and service strategies.
This role involves:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Understanding client business objectives and translating them into effective strategies.
- Leading and managing project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Developing and presenting proposals to clients.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitoring project performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field, with a focus on experience design and/or service design.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth.
- Deep understanding of experience design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
