VML & Ogilvy Japan is seeking an Account Director to lead integrated marketing campaigns for Coca-Cola in the Japanese market. The Account Director will lead a high-performing team and collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and digital specialists.

The Account Director's role involves:

  • Building, maintaining, and developing client relationships with Coca-Cola.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and evaluating team members.
  • Developing, implementing, and analyzing marketing strategies.
  • Managing budgets and revenue.
  • Driving new business development.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a full-service advertising agency or equivalent client service experience (including at least 3 years in account management).
  • Proven experience leading a team as a team leader or project leader.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients and partner companies, and lead projects to successful completion.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in integrated solutions across multiple touchpoints.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Business level English proficiency (preferred).
