Job Description
VML & Ogilvy Japan GK is seeking an Account Manager to provide support to client-related activities. The Account Manager will work closely with senior team members to ensure timely strategy and creative output, assist with cost estimation, creative briefing, and campaign management/analysis. The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and brings a positive attitude to the team.
The Account Manager will be responsible for daily client engagement, project budgeting, and cost control. They will collaborate with Creative, Production, Traffic, Finance, and Account Management teams to produce communications aligned with client briefs. The role also involves developing schedules with the PMO team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Role involves:- Daily client engagement and account management
- Project budgeting and cost control
- Collaborating with internal teams to produce communications
- Developing project schedules
- 3+ years of experience in communications or related field
- Advanced knowledge of working software (Office 365, etc.)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Critical thinking ability
- Japanese Native , English Fluent level is preferred
