VML & Ogilvy Japan GK is seeking a motivated and organized Account Manager to support the Experience Design & Service team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for delivering exceptional client service, and a keen interest in experience design.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support senior account team members in managing client relationships.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, managing timelines, and tracking progress.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, technology, strategy, etc.) to facilitate project execution.
- Identify and escalate potential project risks or issues to senior team members.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in experience design and service.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably within a creative agency or design consultancy.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- A keen interest in experience design and service.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
