The role involves:
- Supporting senior account team members in managing client relationships.
- Coordinating project activities, including scheduling meetings and managing timelines.
- Preparing meeting materials, presentations, and reports.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and project documentation.
- Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate project execution.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing regular updates.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in account management or a related field (FMCG preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
- Keen interest in the FMCG industry and consumer behavior.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.
