Job Description

VML & Ogilvy Japan is seeking an Onsite Project Manager to manage projects for a key automotive client in Tokyo. The role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and passion for the automotive industry. The candidate will work onsite at the client's office.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for assigned projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams.
• Develop project plans and manage project scope.
• Track project progress and manage budgets.
• Facilitate client meetings and presentations.
• Manage project documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing projects for automotive clients.
• Strong understanding of creative development process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Bilingual in Japanese and English.
