Job Description
VML & Ogilvy Japan GK is seeking an experienced Experience Strategist to develop CX strategies and experience design plans for client engagements. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of human-centered design and be able to translate client business objectives into customer experience solutions. This role requires strong collaboration within the team to develop partnerships across different departments.
Role Involves:
- Analyzing current state vs. business opportunity and creating gap analyses.
- Developing recommendations and roadmaps, and guiding solution architecture.
- Developing journey-thinking as a core skill, leveraging data to understand consumer experiences.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance digital experiences through innovation.
- Independently working out the digital experience strategy according to the customers demand.
- Creating user scenarios based on the experience strategy.
- Guiding team members to develop research proposals and questionnaires.
- Completing research reports, including customer and user needs research.
- Understanding monitoring data and making suggestions based on data analysis.
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in Experience Strategy or related area.
- Deep understanding of human-centered design approach.
- Master of user research and testing.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trusting client relationships.
- Experience and Knowledge in Mural/Miro/Figma or any equivalent tool
- Japanese business level or above, English conversational or above
