Product Designer

Job Description

VML & Ogilvy Japan GK is seeking a Product Designer to join their Experience Team in Tokyo, Japan. The Product Designer will play a crucial role in driving Customer Experience success through human-centered design, translating brand value and strategic thinking into design artifacts. They will solve customer and business problems across a variety of projects, industries, and mediums.

Role involves:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design digital products and services.
• Delivering high-quality design outputs with a focus on usability and simplicity.
• Presenting and articulating design decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Design or a related area.
• A portfolio showcasing impactful work that solves real problems.
• Strong visual design craft and proficiency in creating/adopting Design Systems.
• Experience in creating prototypes and mastery of design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, and Protopie.
• Business-level Japanese and conversational English skills.
