The role involves:

• Developing and implementing transport and supply chain strategies.
• Overseeing logistics metrics and driving process improvements.
• Managing relationships with stakeholders and coordinating with vendors and carriers.
• Negotiating contracts and resolving logistics challenges.
• Ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance.
• Planning and forecasting transport movements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in transport logistics/freight forwarding.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of JIRA and Notion.
• Customs knowledge (export/import).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Solid decision-making skills.
