The City Manager will report to the Area Manager and work with French teams, overseeing a fleet of 10,000 vehicles and around 100 employees. This role involves owning operational KPIs, managing the P&L, representing the company, and ensuring team well-being.

Role involves in:
  • Owning operational KPIs for the city (fleet availability, rides per vehicle, active users)
  • Ensuring fleet repairs are timely to optimize revenue
  • Taking ownership of the region's P&L, balancing growth and profitability
  • Strategically positioning the fleet through innovative projects and analyses
  • Representing the company at events and communicating with stakeholders
  • Ensuring a safe work environment and adherence to procedures
  • Organizing performance reviews and team meetings

Requirements:
