Dott is seeking a Street Operations Specialist to join its Operations team in Rome. This role involves managing the operational aspects of Dott's micro-mobility service within the city. Dott is merging with TIER to create the European champion of shared micro-mobility.
Role Involves:
- Managing relationships with external suppliers.
- Preparing work orders and monthly reports for external suppliers.
- Coordinating street team supervisors.
- Managing and validating shifts.
- Analyzing data for vehicle placement planning.
- Providing data for team performance improvement.
- Proposing solutions for operational effectiveness.
- Conducting 1-to-1 meetings with supervisors.
- Coordinating and supervising street team 1-to-1 meetings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in resource management (1+ year).
- Advanced knowledge of Gmail and Microsoft Office suite.
- B2 level of English proficiency.
- Analytical approach.
