TIER-Dott, formed from the merger of TIER and Dott, seeks a Pricing Analyst to join their Commercial team. TIER-Dott is a European champion of shared micro-mobility, operating in over 400 cities across 21 countries.

The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of pricing initiatives. The role involves balancing demand generation and unit economics through effective pricing strategies and data-driven decision-making.

The role involves:

  • Developing pricing approaches tailored to each market.
  • Working with regional general managers to understand local needs.
  • Applying pricing strategies and defining CRM and marketing strategies.
  • Supporting teams in implementing efficient pricing processes.
  • Partnering with product and engineering teams on new pricing features.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A degree in an analytical field (e.g., engineering, data analytics, econometrics).
  • Understanding of pricing decision factors (cost base, competition, price elasticity).
  • Strong collaboration skills to work across different teams.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Excel/G-Sheets, and Notion is a plus.
