Financial Planning & Analysis Associate

Job Description

Testlio is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate to join their finance team. This is a fully remote position within the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building and scaling the FP&A function from the ground up.Testlio is a quality management company that combines humans and machines to help digital innovators assure quality products at scale. The company is 100% remote, with employees in 150+ countries.What this role involves:

• Developing and maintaining financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and drivers of business performance.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.
• Conducting variance analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Partnering closely with business leaders across all departments to understand their financial needs.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborating with the Delivery and People team to build and maintain capacity planning and forecasting models.
• Communicating complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation possibilities.
• Developing and maintaining financial dashboards and reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in a fast-paced, growth environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel/Gsheet skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
