Job Description
Testlio is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate to join their finance team. This is a fully remote role within a leading quality management company that combines humans and machines to help digital innovators assure quality products at scale. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building and scaling the FP&A function from the ground up.
Role involves:
- Developing and maintaining financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and drivers of business performance.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for ELT and the Board.
- Conducting variance analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Partnering closely with business leaders across all departments to understand their financial needs and provide insightful analysis and recommendations.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Delivery, HR, and Platform teams.
- Collaborating with the Delivery and People team to build and maintain capacity planning and forecasting models.
- Communicating complex financial information clearly and concisely to both financial and non-financial audiences.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation possibilities to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
- Developing and maintaining financial dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into business performance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field focusing on quantitative subjects.
- 3-6 years of experience in a fast-paced, growth environment, preferably within investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A at a technology/services company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Strategic, curious, and driven to find impactful solutions.
- Advanced Excel/Gsheet skills, including proficiency in data querying, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
