Job Description
Testlio is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to its quality management solutions. The company operates a fully remote model, with a diverse team spread across numerous countries. Testlio's platform leverages AI to enhance software testing services for clients like Amazon and Netflix.
Role involves:
- Contributing to team tasks and goals within a Scrum framework.
- Collaborating with designers and stakeholders to develop solutions.
- Designing full-stack system components aligned with long-term architecture.
- Building scalable and performant products iteratively.
- Writing quality code, conducting code reviews, and implementing automated tests.
- Leading debugging efforts and providing solutions to complex problems.
- Mentoring team members and sharing knowledge.
Requirements:
- A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of full-stack coding experience with cloud-native applications.
- Strong affinity with React, TypeScript, NodeJS, Graphql, PHP, MySQL, AWS, and Kafka.
- In-depth knowledge of browser concepts and responsive web design.
- Practical knowledge of modern API architecture, microservices, and event-driven design.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Organized and results-oriented with a focus on quality.
- Preference for remote work within the EMEA timezone.
