Sr Gen AI Engineer

Testlio is seeking a Senior Generative AI Engineer to lead the development of generative AI applications. The successful candidate will leverage data and the latest AI advancements to create solutions that drive significant business outcomes. This is a fully remote position within the EMEA region.Testlio is a quality management company that combines humans and machines to assure quality products at scale. • Designing and developing cutting-edge GenAI applications.
• Collaborating with GenAI engineers, software engineers, and architects.
• Optimizing and scaling AI solutions.
• Driving architectural improvements.
• Staying current with the latest developments in the generative AI field.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years of hands-on design & implementation of GenAI solutions.
• Proficiency with LangGraph, LangChain, OpenHands, vector embeddings, prompting strategies, and a wide range of SOTA LLM models & tools.
• Strong coding experience in Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AWS, microservice architectures & containerization.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
