Senior Counsel

Job Description

Uniswap Labs is seeking a Senior Counsel to provide legal and regulatory guidance on cutting-edge crypto products. The Senior Counsel will partner with cross-functional teams on product design, execution, and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial regulatory frameworks and guiding product teams.Responsibilities:

• Providing legal, regulatory, and strategic advice to business and engineering teams
• Collaborating with business development and partnership teams
• Supporting marketing teams on marketing initiatives
• Driving the development and implementation of legal processes and policies
• Assessing and advising on current rules and regulations
• Collaborating with other members of the legal team
• Mentoring and advising fellow counsel and cross-functional teammates
• Operating as a thought partner to senior leadership

Requirements:

• 5+ years of law firm or in-house experience
• JD degree with good standing in at least one US state bar
• Strong financial regulatory background
• Familiarity with financial services regulation and agencies
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and proactive
