Harbinger Motors is seeking an MBA student to join their Capital Markets team. The intern will contribute to raising capital through equity, debt, tax credits, or leasing, researching fundraising topics, creating presentations and spreadsheets, and interacting with potential investors.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership on investor relations and fundraising initiatives
  • Conduct in-depth research on the tax credits and financial tools key to the EV industry
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Contribute to other strategic, MBA-level projects

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in MBA program; Finance major/concentration preferred
  • Experience in venture capital, capital markets, financial strategy, and/or corporate finance preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in slides and spreadsheets
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-faceted projects
  • Work authorized in the United States OR ability to obtain J-1/F-1 visa
