Vice President – Product Management

Job Description

Zenoti is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to scale the Product Management team and drive the vision of becoming the definitive wellness platform. The VP will shape the future of Zenoti's product offerings, lead a rapidly expanding team, and ensure solutions resonate with customers and the market.

Responsibilities:

• Scale the Product Management team.
• Hire, lead, and coach Product Managers.
• Evaluate the team’s solutions through quantitative and qualitative measures.
• Align the product team with the end-to-end product line vision and goals.
• Utilize portfolio product management techniques.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing teams.
• Serve as a chief advocate for the Zenoti product suite.
• Apply experience in building B2B SaaS software to improve product management practices.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of scaling product management teams within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience managing a sizable team of product professionals and leaders.
• Strategic thinker with a knack for portfolio management.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Minimum of 15 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Excellent presentation skills.
