Zenoti, a cloud-based software solution provider for the beauty and wellness industry, is seeking a Product Specialist. The Product Specialist will work in the adoption services team, partnering with customers to lead implementations for feature add-ons and enhancements to their Zenoti solution. He will work with customers to define scope, plan and implement enhancements and adoption of Zenoti software features.

The Product Specialist independently handles customer adoption procedures while delivering excellent customer service. He will lead demos, training, conduct walk-throughs and solution reviews through excellent customer presentations.

Role involves:

  • Leading implementations of feature add-ons and enhancements.
  • Understanding customer business requirements.
  • Defining scope and planning implementations.
  • Delivering excellent customer service.
  • Leading demos and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Implementation and support of Enterprise products
  • Strong software background and ability to master product functionality
  • Strong business consulting experience in an external customer facing role.
  • Proven fast learner of enterprise applications, experience in implementing cloud solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and work across multiple projects
