Senior Product Specialist at Zenoti

Zenoti is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to join its services, implementation, and adoption groups. The role involves partnering with new customers to lead the implementation of Zenoti software solutions across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep subject matter expertise, a keen technical understanding of the Zenoti product, and excellent customer-facing skills.

The Senior Product Specialist will work with internal technical groups and external clients to implement complex software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to scope, plan, and implement the adoption of Zenoti software.
• Independently handle customer onboarding procedures while delivering excellent customer service.
• Lead trainings and demos, conduct walkthroughs, and solution reviews.
• Drive proofs-of-concept and pilots for high-priority and complex customers.
• Proactively identify and mitigate significant risks to implementation plans.
• Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
• Stay up-to-date on Zenoti product knowledge and market positioning.
• Maintain thorough documentation and follow organizational processes.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and client management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate technical solution reviews with product management groups.
• Strong software background with understanding of complex product functionality.
• Familiarity with software development (C#, Java, etc.), Network Architecture, and Security Protocols.
• Good working knowledge of web design (HTML, JavaScript, SQL).
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and learn new skills quickly.
• Experience working with global remote teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in software implementation, enterprise or CRM software, software development, design, and/or support functions.
• Proven track record in successful software implementations involving API and web services integrations, data analysis, and data migration.
