Job Description
Zenoti is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team. Zenoti provides an all-in-one, cloud-based software solution for the beauty and wellness industry.

About the Role
  • Work with sales and lead generation teams to source new sales opportunities.
  • Perform inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting/cold calling.
  • Create and qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs.
  • Research accounts, identify decision makers, and build relationships.
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects.
  • Team with channel partners to build sales pipeline and close deals.
  • Assess, qualify, and transfer leads to Account Executives.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in inside sales, sales, or lead generation (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong phone presence and high-volume calling experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Business acumen and understanding of customer needs.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of social networking sites and business directories.
  • Experience in the salon, spa, medical spa, or fitness industry a plus.
