Flipdish, an Irish unicorn valued at over $1 billion, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their team. This role, reporting to the VP of Marketing, will be based in either London or Dublin. The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the VP of Product and product managers, shaping product strategies and go-to-market initiatives across Flipdish's product portfolio.

The role involves working across the full spectrum of Flipdish's innovative product portfolio, from physical products like POS, Self-Service Kiosks, and Kitchen Display Units to digital offerings like websites and apps for online orders, delivery driver management, and marketplace integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the customer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Create compelling product messaging.
  • Develop enablement materials for Sales and Customer Success.
  • Partner with the Demand Generation team.
  • Monitor product performance and market trends.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in technology or SaaS.
  • Experience working across a multi-faceted product portfolio and with product managers.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience working across the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry (a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
