Job Description

Keyline Industries, a leading manufacturer of keys, key cutting machines and transponders, is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their administrative team. This role, reporting directly to the CFO, is based in North Olmsted, OH.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Updating and maintaining the general ledger.
  • Reconciling entries into the accounting system.
  • Recording debits and credits.
  • Performing account reconciliations to ensure transaction accuracy.
  • Using knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements.
  • Monitoring variances from projected budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Understanding of accounting best practices.
  • Data entry skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Professionalism and organizational skills.
