Job Description

Keyline Industries is seeking a skilled individual to join their team as an Addetto/a al reparto duplicatrici (protected category - person belonging to protected categories as per Italian law). This role involves the assembly of mechanical or electronic duplicating machines, adhering to Lean Production principles. The ideal candidate will possess sound mechanical and electrical skills, manual dexterity, and familiarity with bench tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling machines according to assembly instructions, encompassing goods retrieval, pre-assembly of mechanical parts, and complete machine structure assembly. This also includes performing manual function tests and final calibration. When operating within the Lean Production line, the assembly activity unfolds following an assembly bill divided into 4 phases, starting from the assembly of the structure up to completion with the functionality test and calibration.

This person collaborates with colleagues in the duplicating department, the department head, the production manager, the warehouse worker, and the colleagues of the Technical Assistance for support in assembly of parts in substitution.

Responsibilities:

• Assembling mechanical/electronic duplicating machines
• Following assembly instructions and Lean Production principles
• Performing manual function tests and final calibration
• Collaborating with team members

Requirements:

• Registration in the lists of protected categories L.68 (Italian Law)
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechanics.
• Good mechanical and electronic skills
• Good manual skills
• Experience using bench tools
