Job Description

Keyline Industries is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on industrial machines used for key production. The role involves collaborating with external companies and production staff to ensure the smooth operation of machinery. The candidate will be responsible for performing routine and emergency repairs on a variety of metalworking equipment, including presses, milling machines, and plasticizing presses.

The position is based in Conegliano and requires a candidate with experience in metalworking sector.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs on industrial machinery in the metalworking sector.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and malfunctions.
• Clean machinery and replace components.
• Liaise with external companies for maintenance activities.
• Create and adjust small mechanical components.
• Perform minor repairs within the factory (e.g., replacing lights, changing valves).
• Conduct checks and tests on repaired machines, with a focus on safety.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience as a maintenance technician in the metalworking sector.
• Ability to read technical drawings, electrical and pneumatic diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Skills in repairing machines from a mechanical and electrical perspective.
• Competence in using machine tools such as drilling machines, milling machines, and lathes.
• Proficiency in using TIG and electrode welding machines.
• Ability to identify potential hazards.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Certification for working at heights.
