Job Description
Keyline Industries is seeking an Account Manager to maintain client accounts and serve as the main point of contact. The Account Manager will build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate client records and working with sales teams to develop strategic marketing plans. He/She will have a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in sales and business development. The position is based in North Olmsted, OH. Travel is required for 50% of the time.
Role Involves:
- Serving as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs.
- Building and strengthening client relationships.
- Maintaining accurate client records.
- Developing strategic marketing plans with internal teams.
- Understanding products and service offerings to upsell and cross-sell.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 8+ years of sales and business development experience.
- Willingness to travel 50%+ of the year.
- Experience in a sales or customer service role in industrial context.
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
