Technical Project Manager at Keyline S.p.A.

Keyline Industries is seeking a Technical Project Manager to enhance project management practices and culture. The role involves leading the development and execution of complex projects in electronic machinery and applications.

The Technical Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, implement Agile methodologies, and manage project stakeholders. They will also identify risks, define project scopes, and ensure technical feasibility.

What this role involves:

• Leading cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of electronic machinery and software applications.
• Implementing and managing Agile methodologies.
• Facilitating planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Serving as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
• Collaborating with product owners and development teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
• Overseeing the development of project documentation.
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a technical environment.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role managing electronic machinery or software application projects.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Strong understanding of development processes, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
