Technical Support at Keyline S.p.A.

Keyline Industries is seeking a Technical Support to join their team in Conegliano. Keyline Industries, a family-owned business is a leading manufacturer of keys, key cutting machines and transponders.

The candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and repairing duplicating machines, supporting international offices and distributors.

Role involves:

• Managing repairs of duplicating machines in the designated laboratory
• Handling returns and non-compliance complaints
• Ensuring the proper functioning of the after-sales technical service for distributors and end customers
• Monitoring periodic inventory
• Following software update audits and spare parts management
• Supporting colleagues in ticket management

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a technical field (electronics/mechatronics/electrical)
• Ability to read technical and mechanical drawings
• Good knowledge of English
• Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad
• Knowledge of the Windows environment and information systems
• Knowledge of French (preferred)
• Knowledge of SAP management system (preferred)
• Knowledge of Best Practices in Service Management (preferred)
• Previous experience in the hardware sector (preferred)
