Keyline Industries is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing remote assistance to clients with car key programming, utilizing their knowledge of diagnostic tools. This role involves periodical visits to clients in the area for product training and presentations. He/she will report to Team Technical Support.

Role involves:

  • Assisting customers remotely in programming car keys.
  • Conducting periodic visits to local clients for training and product demonstrations.

Requirements:

  • Preferably previous experience in electronic and mechanical technical support.
  • Familiarity with Windows environment and information systems.
  • Strong customer satisfaction orientation.
  • Flexibility.
  • Excellent communication, mediation, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Availability to participate in trade fairs and events.
  • Technical diploma (electronics/mechatronics/electrical engineering).
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
