Arvinas is seeking a Director of Payer Accounts to join their Market Access Team. This role is crucial for driving patient access and ensuring payer coverage for Arvinas' therapies within the Northwest region. The Director will engage with national and regional payers, develop key relationships, and negotiate contracts to maximize patient access.Responsibilities include:
- Strategic access launch planning for new products.
- Building payer profiles and business plans.
- Leading relationships with targeted regional and national payers.
- Collaborating with specialty pharmacy and cross-functional teams.
- Negotiating contracts and developing economic value access messages.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals.
- 5 years in payer account management.
- Experience with national and regional payers, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid.
- New product launch experience.
- Expertise in payer strategy and implementation planning.
- Excellent communication skills.
