Job Description
Arvinas is seeking a Director, Payer Accounts to join its Market Access Team. This role is crucial for driving profitable patient access with designated national payer organizations, large downstream regional account clients, and assigned state Medicaid payers. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align payer coverage with corporate strategies and work closely with Patient Services to ensure rapid patient access to Arvinas therapies.This position involves collaborating with various departments, developing key relationships, presenting information, negotiating contracts, securing pharmacy policies, and ensuring the clinical and financial value of Arvinas' products is understood.Key Responsibilities:
  • New product strategic access launch planning.
  • Building payer profiles and business plans.
  • Leading Arvinas' relationship with targeted payers.
  • Extensive cross-functional commercial collaboration.
  • Payer contracting and reimbursement support.
  • Developing economic value access messages.
  • Leading negotiation processes with customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals.
  • 5 years in payer account management.
  • Market access experience with knowledge of national and regional payers.
  • National payer experience and established relationships.
  • New product launch experience.
  • Expertise in payer strategy and implementation planning.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
