Dandelion Energy is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support day-to-day business operations by managing tools, processes, and reporting. This role involves managing the CRM tool (Salesforce) and processes related to sales commissions and funnel analysis. The Analyst will work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to develop and analyze strategic initiatives that enhance productivity and drive company growth. This is a high visibility role requiring both technical and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage Dandelion’s technology stack, including administering Salesforce.
Build and enhance relationships with key internal/external partners.
Perform ongoing and ad hoc analysis across all functions of the business.
Define and document ongoing business processes.
Work with stakeholders to roll out key initiatives and build reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields.
2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Systems, Consulting, or equivalent role.
High proficiency with Salesforce and understanding of CRM software.
1+ years experience working alongside a sales organization in a prior role.
Experience with data warehousing/SQL and/or data visualization.
Understanding of fundamental concepts such as sales funnel, sales processes, and tooling.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, obtain insights, and implement business improvements.
