The Staff Backend Software Engineer will play a key role in the Engineering team, contributing to architectural design and impacting product development. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of distributed systems and performance optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily software development activities and conduct code reviews.
- Lead and drive 1-2 large projects, ensuring successful delivery.
- Design and implement architectural solutions for complex problems.
- Propose enhancements to the product and software architecture.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in algorithmic thinking and problem-solving.
- Passion for performance optimization.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing distributed systems.
- Concise and logical communication skills.
- Experience in leading 3-5 people engineering teams.
