Dialpad is seeking a NetSuite Developer to join its Business Technology team. This person will be the development lead for Dialpad's ERP application (NetSuite), providing hands-on expertise for NetSuite users in design, implementation, and support.
What the role involves:
- End-to-end ERP system enhancements and support.
- Collaborating with the implementation partner and business functions for successful ERP implementation.
- Gathering business requirements, designing, building, and delivering NetSuite solutions.
- Configuring new modules and building customizations via SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteCloud.
- Building 3rd party integrations between NetSuite and internal/external systems.
- Developing and customizing workflows and reporting.
- Managing and prioritizing multiple projects and requests.
- Providing weekly status updates to business partners.
Skills required:
- 7+ years of NetSuite development with SuiteScript, administration, and integrations.
- 5+ years of end-to-end full suite implementation experience of NetSuite.
- Good understanding of key business processes in finance.
- Ability to understand business requirements, perform gap analysis, and build solutions.
- Expert in JavaScript and SuiteScript.
- Extensive experience with NetSuite customization.
- Ability to independently manage time and tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- NetSuite Certification a plus.
