Dialpad is seeking an Order Desk Associate to support its Global Sales and CX teams. This role is integral to the end-to-end deal cycle, serving as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for post-sales order provisioning. The Order Desk Associate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate provisioning of customer accounts and improve post-sales processes.

The role is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and reports to the ARG Manager of Global Deal Desk & Order Processing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with post-sales activities and internal inquiries.
  • Processing customer service orders and ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Verifying order information and confirming details with relevant departments.
  • Tracking provisioning status and providing updates to internal teams.
  • Analyzing order data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Preparing reports on order trends and potential bottlenecks.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Accounts Receivable, and Billing Teams.
  • Creating and improving documentation for internal order processes.
  • Providing excellent customer service through communication and follow-up.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc special projects and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
  • Previous experience in operations or order processing is a plus.
