The IT Support Specialist at Dialpad will manage IT systems and audio-visual infrastructure for employees. They will ensure optimal hardware and software use, enhance system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide end-user assistance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely resolution and support to end-users.
  • Onboarding and training end-users on hardware and software.
  • Analyzing IT requirements and providing advice on IT systems.
  • Assisting with information security and physical security controls.
  • Managing and tracking IT assets.
  • Supporting access management of end-user systems.
  • Installing and configuring new equipment and software.
  • Managing inventory and supporting audio-visual equipment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support, especially on Mac and Windows.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Proficiency in IT helpdesk software, such as Jira Service Manager, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
  • Experience with audiovisual equipment and technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
