Project Manager, Research at Dialpad

Dialpad is seeking a Project Manager to join its Design team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role will support the evolution of Dialpad's end-to-end experience across the Dialpad suite. The Project Manager will partner with the Design and Product Management teams to scale the research practice, ensuring that user research efforts are strategic, impactful, and aligned with company goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, relevant research experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for optimizing workflows and collaboration. The Project Manager will play a key role in addressing opportunities for improvement in team research operations, with a specific focus on tools, software, and knowledge management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Research, Design or relevant field; Project Management certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Research, Design and Product Management processes and tooling, such as Figma and FigJam (Preferred).
• Proven experience in SaaS industry and Product Development (Required).
• Proven experience in project management (+5 years), particularly in a Research, Design or Product Management environment (Preferred).
• Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Monday.com (Required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with expertise in documentation and a talent for building positive relationships (Required).
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement (Required).
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and excel in navigating ambiguous environments (Required).
• Strong organizational and independent execution abilities (Required).
• Ability to define new processes, programs and with demonstrable and consistent success (Required).
• Experience with SQL, Amplitude, Domo and other data analysis tools (Required).
