Dialpad is seeking a Junior Brand Designer to support its creative team in producing high-quality visual assets. The role involves designing digital and print materials, contributing to creative brainstorming, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and consistency standards. This position reports to the Brand Design Manager and is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and refine digital and print materials, including social media graphics, web assets, marketing collateral, and packaging.
  • Collaborate with the creative team during concept development and brainstorming sessions.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to Dialpad’s brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Prepare and deliver final artwork in appropriate formats for production or deployment.
  • Organize and maintain design files, resources, and asset libraries.
  • Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of graphic design experience (internships and freelance work welcomed).
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • An understanding of the fundamentals of print design and production is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of web design fundamentals is a plus.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools is an added advantage.
