Job Description
Dialpad is seeking a Solutions Architect to play a pivotal role in ensuring customers are successfully set up with Dialpad. The Solutions Architect will provide consulting and guidance on technical solutions, delivering a world-class experience to customers. This position reports to the Manager, Solutions Architect, and is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila. Candidates must be able to work US hours.

Role Involves:
  • Designing and configuring contact center call flows.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their operational needs.
  • Provisioning and configuring desk phones.
  • Leading deployment efforts.
  • Troubleshooting issues and identifying bugs during deployments.
  • Analyzing and refining workflows.
  • Performing risk analysis and change management.
  • Conducting video conferencing sessions to provide expert insights.

Requirements:
  • Excellent grasp of modern cloud communications platforms (Google G-Suite, Office 365).
  • Experience with Business VoIP Telephony Services (On-Premise or SaaS).
  • Understanding of VoIP CODECs and technologies (G.711, G.729, G.722, OPUS, H.264, VP8, VP9, WebRTC, H.323, SIP, Network Analyzers).
  • Knowledge of Network Infrastructure (Firewalls, Routers, Switches & Wireless) and WAN Technologies (MPLS, VPLS & SD-WAN).
  • Familiarity with Data Center Technologies (Public & Private Clouds).
  • Understanding of software components involved in enterprise service delivery.
  • Proven track record in implementing CCaaS and UCaaS solutions.
  • Expertise in specialized technical and functional areas (nice-to-have).
