Job Description
Dialpad is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join their team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This role is crucial for customer interaction and enablement, providing support and troubleshooting for Dialpad's products. The Customer Onboarding Specialist will be the first line of defense, acting as an expert in the products offered. They will help customers achieve their objectives by educating them on Dialpad's AI-powered products. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Onboarding.
Role Involves:
- Facilitating onboarding deployment for new customers and products.
- Hosting end-user and admin training sessions.
- Providing detailed walkthroughs and training on implementation and portal setup.
- Delivering quality onboarding by analyzing needs and resolving customer issues.
- Driving customers to implement best practices.
- Communicating product configuration setup requirements.
- Acting as the customer's escalation point for onboarding issues.
- Working on ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Software Implementation, and Account Management.
- At least 1 year of experience configuring, updating, and supporting VOIP solutions.
- Experience with chat and handling multiple windows.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Able to work US core hours while 100% on-camera in a dedicated, technically enabled remote workspace.
- Experience with telecommunication or SaaS providers.
- Excellent internet connectivity.
