Dialpad is seeking an Account Executive, Commercial to join their team in Kitchener, Canada. The Account Executive will be responsible for solving client obstacles by implementing Dialpad Talk, Contact Center, and/or Sell.This role involves:
  • Owning the complete sales process from start to finish.
  • Working leads and generating pipeline.
  • Building talk tracks aligned with specific client use cases.
  • Participating in weekly 1:1 meetings with the Manager for coaching, deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap.
Requirements include:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
  • Experience in Salesforce, Outreach, Clari & Highspot.
  • Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales.
