Job Description
Dialpad is seeking a Client Account Executive, Commercial to manage a portfolio of existing Dialpad customers and grow YoY revenue. The Client Account Executive will serve as a consultant to the client, demonstrating the value of additional Dialpad product suite offerings and developing and executing a sales strategy. This position reports to the Sales Manager and is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila Office.

Role involves:
  • Owning the sales process from start to finish for a portfolio of customers.
  • Creating an account plan to achieve quarterly goals.
  • Cultivating relationships with customers to gain insight into their strategy and expansion plans.
  • Working leads and generating pipeline.
  • Achieving or exceeding quarterly revenue goals.
  • Serving as a Dialpad expert and trusted advisor to customers.
  • Identifying customers for the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program.
  • Advocating for the customer back to Dialpad.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience providing timely and accurate forecasts to sales leadership.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations or events as needed.
  • SaaS sales background strongly preferred; bonus points for UCaaS/CCaaS.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and GSuite tools (Google Sheets).
  • Ability to work US core hours (6am - 5pm Pacific Time) while 100% on-camera in a dedicated, technically enabled remote workspace.
