Dialpad is seeking a Client Account Executive, Commercial to manage a portfolio of existing Dialpad customers and grow year-over-year revenue. The Client Account Executive serves as a consultant, demonstrating the value of Dialpad's product suite and executing sales strategies. They will be responsible for meeting sales and revenue goals, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The CAE ensures customers realize the value of their accounts, driving positive outcomes for both the customer and Dialpad.

What this role involves:
  • Owning the sales process from start to finish for a portfolio of customers.
  • Collaborating with Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing and Dialpad Partners to grow the customer base.
  • Creating account plans to achieve quarterly goals.
  • Cultivating relationships with customers to gain insight into their strategy and expansion plans.
  • Working leads and generating pipeline.
  • Achieving or exceeding quarterly revenue goals.
  • Serving as a Dialpad expert and trusted advisor.
  • Identifying customers for the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program.
  • Advocating for the customer within Dialpad.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience providing forecasts to sales leadership.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
  • SaaS sales background strongly preferred, bonus points for UCaaS/CCaaS.
  • Experienced with CRM software and GSuite tools.
  • Curiosity, closing mindset, and strategic thinking.
  • High energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong digital communication skills.
  • Able to work US core hours (6am - 5pm Pacific Time) while 100% on-camera in a dedicated workspace.
  • Excellent internet connectivity required.
