Job Description

Dialpad is seeking a Client Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers. The Client Account Executive will serve as a consultant, demonstrating the value of Dialpad's product suite and executing a sales strategy to meet revenue goals. This role involves customer relationship management and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales process from start to finish for a portfolio of customers.
  • Create account plans to achieve quarterly goals.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers to understand their strategy and expansion plans.
  • Work leads and generate pipeline.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals.
  • Serve as a Dialpad expert and trusted advisor.
  • Identify customers for the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program.
  • Advocate for the customer within Dialpad.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Proven success in meeting revenue targets.
  • Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience providing forecasts to sales leadership.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations or events.
  • SaaS sales background preferred; bonus for UCaaS/CCaaS.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and GSuite tools.
  • Curiosity, closing mindset, strategic thinking, and high energy.
