Job Description
Dialpad is seeking a Client Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers. The Client Account Executive will serve as a consultant, demonstrating the value of Dialpad's product suite and executing a sales strategy to meet revenue goals. This role involves customer relationship management and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Own the sales process from start to finish for a portfolio of customers.
- Create account plans to achieve quarterly goals.
- Cultivate relationships with customers to understand their strategy and expansion plans.
- Work leads and generate pipeline.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals.
- Serve as a Dialpad expert and trusted advisor.
- Identify customers for the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program.
- Advocate for the customer within Dialpad.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales experience.
- Proven success in meeting revenue targets.
- Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders.
- Experience providing forecasts to sales leadership.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations or events.
- SaaS sales background preferred; bonus for UCaaS/CCaaS.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and GSuite tools.
- Curiosity, closing mindset, strategic thinking, and high energy.
