Dialpad is seeking a Sales Account Executive to join their Manila Sales team. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and acquiring new customers in the Philippines market. The Sales Account Executive will focus on managing leads from channel partners and converting them into sales, contributing to the team's revenue targets.

The Sales Account Executive will be based in Manila and reports to the local Philippines Sales Manager. The role will involve collaborating with Channel Partners, Sales Engineers, and Sales Managers to optimize the sales process. They will act as a trusted advisor to channel partners, helping them effectively communicate Dialpad’s value proposition.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead management to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with Channel Partners to qualify leads and close deals.
  • Develop client-specific solutions tailored to customer pain points.
  • Partner with marketing and channel teams to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Participate in coaching sessions for deal strategy and professional development.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of direct sales experience in SaaS, preferably in communications (UCaaS/CCaaS).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales quotas and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Relationship-building skills with channel partners and prospects.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales enablement tools.
  • High energy, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to establish rapport quickly in single-touch interactions.
  • Strong digital communication skills with visual and verbal clarity.
  • Ability to work US core hours (6am - 5pm Pacific Time) with 100% on-camera presence.
  • Excellent internet connectivity.
