Dialpad is seeking a VSB Sales Specialist to join their team in the Philippines. In this role, the Sales Specialist will be responsible for helping future customers start a Dialpad account. This involves actively listening to their needs, matching Dialpad's solutions to their problems, and ensuring they become long-term Dialpad customers. Dialpad's VSB team works closely with Support, Marketing, and other Sales teams to improve the customer experience.

The prospective candidate would be working as VSB Sales Specialist in Dialpad.

Role responsibilities:

  • Own new logos acquisition, lead to opportunity conversion, opportunity to sales won and team revenue targets.
  • Make an impact with customers as their first point of contact.
  • Partner with Billing, Support, Marketing, and other sales teams.
  • Research and stay updated with product changes.
  • Manage the full sales cycle.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of direct SaaS sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • High emotional IQ.
  • High level of energy and willingness to learn.
  • Experience with Salesforce, VoIP industry, and Outreach preferred.
  • Experience with G-suite.
  • Strong digital communication skills.
  • Ability to work US core hours (6am - 5pm Pacific Time) on-camera.
  • Excellent internet connectivity.
