Job Description
Dialpad is seeking a VSB Sales Specialist to join their team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This role involves helping future customers start a Dialpad account, combining the ability to assist people, actively listen to their problems and needs, and match how Dialpad can uniquely solve their issues. The VSB Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in growing and retaining Dialpad's VSB customer base by delighting and exciting customers from their initial interactions with Dialpad. This position reports to the Manager, VSB Sales.

Role Involves:
  • Owning new logo acquisition and lead conversion.
  • Being the first point of contact for customers.
  • Partnering with Billing, Support, Marketing, and other sales teams.
  • Staying up-to-date with product changes.
  • Managing a full sales cycle from initial interest to closed-won deals.
  • Assisting future customers in signing up for an account and setting them up for success.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of direct sales experience in SaaS, preferably in UCaaS and/or CCaaS.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Business Administration preferred).
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • High level of emotional IQ.
  • High level of energy and willingness to learn.
  • Experience with Salesforce, the VoIP industry, and Outreach (preferred).
  • Experience with G-suite.
  • Strong digital communication skills.
  • Ability to work US core hours (6 am - 5 pm Pacific Time) 100% on-camera.
  • Excellent internet connectivity.
