Adyen is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Paris. Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers. The Account Management team is critical to the growth and success of Adyen's business, expanding the Adyen brand across the globe. The Account Manager will manage relationships with international merchants, identify opportunities, and drive mutual success.

This role involves:
  • Collaborating with the team and working individually with strategic merchants.
  • Building trust with merchants to minimize churn and develop strong partnerships.
  • Proactively spotting opportunities and driving commercial discussions.
  • Managing short and long-term projects, leveraging internal support teams.
  • Serving as a feedback loop for customers internally.

The ideal candidate should have:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a client-facing/commercial role, selling complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services (specifically payments).
  • Full professional written and verbal proficiency in French and English.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Passion for learning about the payments industry.
