Adyen is seeking an Account Manager to manage its largest enterprise merchants by building strong relationships with key merchant contacts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and entrepreneurial environment.He/She will manage relationships with local and international merchants across multiple industries and channels, providing them with payments expertise and guidance to help them grow.
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise merchants, meeting team’s strategic and financial goals
- Build strong merchant relationships and navigate their organizations
- Provide strategic and consultative advice to help influence the global payments strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate merchant needs and feedback
- Foster a positive working environment and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
- At least 5 years of experience working with Enterprise Accounts
- Full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English
- High-energy, dynamic, hands-on self-starter with a proven commercial edge
- Passionate about leading strategic payments conversations
- Highly skilled in leveraging business acumen and analytical abilities
